Developing Spiritual Wellness
is The Key to Living a Life of Joy


Practicing spiritual wellness is the key to living a life of fulfillment, success, peace, love, prosperity, and joy. However, you don’t get to this level of spiritual enlightenment overnight. It takes discipline, but the benefits are definitely worth the effort you put into it.

So what are some of these spiritual practices? There are many, but these are some of the most important ones. The more you choose to put into practice, the better result you will have.

Reading and listening to spiritual sayings from enlightened individuals can help you keep your focus steady and your belief strong.It is very easy to waiver in your faith as you move along your spiritual path. These words of wisdom are wonderful companions that you can take with you wherever you go. You can use them on a daily basis.

When you are able to have positive thoughts no matter what is going on – when you can see God in all people and in all situations – you are well on your way to spiritual wellness.

This is not necessarily easy to do and it takes a great deal of practice. You will find that some days this is easier to do than other days. Just keep working with it and it will get better.


Daily Affirmation

Saying a daily affirmation is a great way to stay in a state of spiritual wellness. You and I are so bombarded with negativity every day. It is important for you to take control of your thinking. Positive and healing affirmations can help you feel better about your life and more optimistic about your future.


Spiritual Cleansing

It is important to pay attention to your thoughts and to let go of those that are negative and limiting. If you aren't able to take control of your negative thinking you will never be able to get what you want. It is that simple.

Replace limiting ideas with ideas of Truth – ideas about God’s love and blessings that are available for you. It is important for you to consistently release ideas that do not serve you.



Spiritual Communities

Being with other spiritual people is one of the best things you can do to maintain an attitude of spiritual wellness. I can't spiritual communities even imagine what my life would be like if I didn't surround myself with people who think the way I do. It would be such a struggle for me.

Seek out like minded people so you feel comfortable with your spirituality. You can look for a New Thought Church where people from all religious traditions, and those who have no formal religious affiliations, are welcome.


Spiritual Enlightenment

It is important for you to learn about metaphysical laws in order to understand how life really works. For instance, you can take an abundance course and learn how the Law of Supply operates. This can help you experience more prosperity in your life. Or you can study the Universal Law of Attraction and find out how to attract more good into your life.

Metaphysical laws are just as real as the laws of nature. The more you learn about them and how to use them correctly, the better off you will be. Taking these types of courses can help you co-create the life that delights you and brings a smile to your face.


Mindfulness Exercises

It is important to listen to the silence on a regular basis. The outside world is filled with too much confusion. It is very easy for you to believe the limiting ideas from others. This can have a major negative impact on your life.

Pay attention to the Divine Voice within and learn to trust it. It will NEVER lead you in the wrong direction.

It is also useful to practice being in the present moment. This will stop you from focusing on all of the things you regret about the past and help you from worrying about the future.

Forgiving Others

When you understand how the power of forgiveness can release you from negative situations, it will become one of your most powerful ongoing spiritual wellness practices. If you harbor negative or resentful feelings, you can guarantee that what you don't like will stay in your life.

Forgiveness includes forgiving others, situations, and most of all, yourself.


Attitude of Gratitude

This is a tremendously powerful spiritual wellness practice. Most people have a tendency to look at what they don't have rather than what they do have.

Make it one of your spiritual practices to say prayers of thanksgiving on a regular basis. When you are grateful for the good that you already have, it paves the way for more good to flow into your life.


Let Go, Let God

It is important to develop an attitude of trust and faith so you can surrender to God and know that all will be well. I know this is much easier to say than it is to do it. But it is something that you want to work on. Getting yourself out of the way and letting God take over is one of the best things you can do to make your life better.


Living a life of spiritual wellness takes courage, discipline, focus and persistence. Make no mistake about it – it is hard work. But it is absolutely worth all of the effort you put into it.

Once you try it, you will never be able to go back.
